Comprised of top performing MSPs and IT solution providers worldwide who deliver unmatched solutions to small, medium and enterprise commercial clients, as well as the public sector. We have active membership in North America (US & Canada), the UK and the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland).

What you will be doing:

  • Facilitates the development of new ideas and methods aimed at increasing US community member participation.
  • Guiding existing members on their journey to further engage in our Trust X Alliance programs.
  • Pairs customer data and Ingram Micro Advanced Solutions strategies to create a prospective member target list.
  • Responsible for defining and managing the recruitment pipeline.
  • Responsible for defining an effective recruitment process with our sales teams and driving qualified leads to close (new members)
  • Develops and implements a time-bound onboarding program for new members with an aim at increasing their level of engagement with the programs we offer.
  • Aligned to field sales & inside teams across all business units to educate reps on the value of Trust X Alliance and enable effective community recruitment strategies.
  • Understands competitive landscape and makes recommendations back to leadership based on research and voice of customer/channel.
  • Represents Trust X Alliance, internally & externally, with a presence at events, virtually & physically

What you bring to the role:
Seasoned professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. The ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Creates a climate where people feel motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. Specialist in technical or business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.

Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make a significant contribution to processes and systems.
