Upgrade your talent by:

  • Performing administrative tasks for Business Management and Marketing
  • Preparing and sharing reports and statistics as per management request
  • Creating and editing business documents, spreadsheets, presentations
  • Sales coordination for order allocation management (e.g. Essential SKUs)
  • Supporting SKU Management
  • Content management (Etilize)Loan Pool
  • Functional support of central purchasing on EMEA level
  • ETA Management and related communication to the responsible teams
  • Managing clarification cases with warehouse for receiving discrepancies and with finance for invoice differences
  • Handling returns and stock rotations for all European locations
  • Create reporting efficiently and ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations, e.g. Finance/Controlling, Warehouse, Local Sales Teams, IT Reporting, etc.
  • Contribute to continuous business processes improvement and solving of workflow issues
  • Other team supporting functions

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Commercial education background
  • Preferably previous administration experience
  • Good skills with MS-Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good business English, both written and spoken
  • Skills of quick learning, problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Willingness to perform and ability to work under pressure
  • Results driven team player and effective communicator
