To complement our dynamic team, we are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Software Solutions in our Belgrade, Serbia Office. 

      Job Description:

  • Specialize in software or similar products line to enable profitable sales and market share for the assigned product line
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Partners within Non EU market for Ingram Micro
  • Be the expert on your vendor’s product life cycles, pricing programs, and technology advantages 
  • Act as the liaison between Ingram Micro’s Sales teams, the Vendors, and our Partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales & profits through networking and reporting
  • Provide information on software solutions, availability, discontinuation & special offers
  • Provide pricing and quotations to Partners, taking Partner orders
  • Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with Partners.
  • Advising Partners of additional products and services which fit their business needs
  • Develop a good understanding of their Partner base including their Partners’ business model, structure, goals and objectives
  • Develop exceptional business relationships at all levels of their Partners organizations
  • Have a strong commercial awareness of the needs of Partners, Vendors and Ingram Micro
  • Achieve and exceed specific targets in line with business expectations
  • Manage and understand their sales pipeline to enable accurate forecasting and business planning
  • Understand and apply Ingram Micro and its Vendors software solutions portfolio and process it the professional manner.
  • Have the drive and motivation to proactively develop their own skills to enable their own development as part of a specific Individual Development Plan
  • Develop suitable Vendor accreditations as required/available

Requirements

  • Technical educational background and a minimum of 3 years previous sales/account management experience, within ICT industry
  • Previous software sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Understanding of appropriate products, solutions and markets is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Must respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
  • Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy
