Summer Intern - IT Program Office

Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented IT Program Office Intern to join us in June for our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role: 

  • Help establish a process for governance and efficient use of various tools and applications (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, PlanPort)
  • Run and/or create reports that provide proactive and actionable insight to manage programs (timesheet submission, proper labor capitalization)
  • Create a knowledge management library and assist in the development of process documents (e.g. associate onboarding, supplier onboarding, headcount forecasts, associate rosters)

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
  • Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Interest in working with a small, agile and high energy team
  • Eagerness to learn about program operations
  • Passion for finding solutions and ability to pivot in a fast moving environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, PlanView, Fieldglass, MS Team a plus

To help keep our associates safe and healthy, Ingram Micro interns must either (a) be fully vaccinated, or (b) undergo COVID-19 testing at least once every seven days during their internship.
