  • Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Significant experience in design, configuration and support of both technologies and business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with system integrations, including APIs and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with business requirements gathering and creating business requirements documents, including defining user stories, use cases, user experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise creating functional solution designs, defining system architecture, data modeling, and process flow descriptions.
  • Ability to manage assigned projects and deadlines and communicate accordingly.
  • Strong presentation skills, presenting to customers and internal executives.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems and common concepts.
  • Experience with CloudBlue Platforms, Atlassian Confluence, and/or JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience with software architecture design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish language is a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Review, refine, and manage Custom Software Development requests from Sales channel and key customers into Business Requirement documents.
  • Create Solution Design Documents that ensure proposed solutions line up with our development and architectural strategies, allowing for increased reusability of developed solutions.
  • Act as a coordinator between Developers, Sales teams, and customers to ensure fast and clear communication between all involved teams.
  • Oversee ongoing projects and ensure that activities remain on track and blockers are removed expediently.
  • Create white papers and maintain a repository of previous successful solutions.
  • Work with global services leadership to provide clear communication and guidelines for the global sales community to drive consistent inflow of custom developments and use of existing extensions.
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for CloudBlue’s capacity for extensibility, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.


In supporting the above, the Solution Architect will work with cross functional teams of internal and external resources. From addressing service issues to defining new solutions, you will apply solid solution architect practices to create industry leading solutions. You will help define the solution direction and carefully oversee that solutions promote fast GTM and continued business growth.
