Here at Ingram Micro NZ, we are currently seeking a collaborative and result-driven Developer to build innovative solutions for our internal and external customers.

Your key focus will be on building new and innovative solutions and delivering enhancements to the existing web applications. This will involve gathering business requirements, actively contributing to the solution design, development or coordinating development with an offshore team, functional testing and supporting the business with user acceptance testing. You will also provide support for web applications.

You’ll be part of the Commerce & Lifecycle Services Applications team which develops and support a range of business applications.

 About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Development experience with .Net, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript, vb.NET, Soap Web services and Rest API’s
  • Experience in Databases-Oracle, SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS Packages
  • Experience in Source control management using Azure TFS and Application deployment in IIS
  • Web API (ASP.NET core) creation/consumption and Asynchronous calls
  • Developing and Deploying Windows services
  • Writes clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code
  • Experience in Certificate installation and configuration
  • Experience in applying SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Understanding of Microservices and Clean Architecture
  • Experience in API documentation using Swashbuckle swagger and API testing using Postman and Soap UI
  • Understanding of OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities and creating secure applications
  • Good documentation skills, with the ability to write functional specifications, test plans, process maps, and training material.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.
