Your Responsibility:

  • Supporting and coaching people leaders in daily people management and growing the team satisfaction and engagement, including support in handling more challenging cases related to negotiations, conflicts management, performance issues
  • Working in partnership with local and Corporate HR Team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support organizational and people performance in line with business needs
  • Leading all steps of recruitment processes in cooperation with recruitment agencies or independently
  • Overseeing the processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Taking care of training needs, career growth plans, and succession planning in cooperation with people leaders
  • Cooperating with HR services suppliers (recruitment agencies, external payroll partner, benefits providers)
  • Participating in activities related to internal communication
  • Building and overseeing implementation of local EB strategy
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation within the company's HR system (Workday)
  • Taking care of personal files and preparing contracts for employees and required by law documents.

Our expectations:

  • University degree desired in Business administration or Organizational Psychology
  • At least 5/7 years’ experience in HR field in multinational companies
  • Experience in Project management and in dealing with Projects
  • Strong in Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of the employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English
  • Takes accountability, contributes to a high-performance culture
  • Manages performance and execution in delivering results
  • Demonstrates Business Acumen and enthusiasm
  • Negotiations and communications skills, knowledge of communication techniques (traditional and digital)
  • Acts with respect integrity and confidentiality
