The Role:

Reporting to the Cloud Vendor Manager, we are looking for an individual with extensive experience within the Cloud, SaaS  to join our business and continue the growth of our Cloud portfolio.

This role is critical because the CVM determines how we engage and grow our SAAS business. You are expected to challenge the status quo and you’re empowered to transform the business as needed. This is a fast-paced team, and we need people that can lead transformation, in a fun and engaging way.

The Cloud Vendor Manager ( Cyber Security Products) has a responsibility to ensure that Vendor partnerships are managed profitably for Ingram Micro Cloud across the business unit. This entails managing the vendor agreements and enabling us to deliver on our strategy as a Master Cloud Service provider (MCSP) across the region. Close attention in relation to profitability (GM$ & GM%), rebates, development of cohesive Vendor marketing plans, co-op funds generation and optimizing pricing strategies to ensure market share and growth opportunities are capitalized upon. 

About You

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key market drivers, working alongside our vendors and global teams to provide solutions that meet the needs of the market.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a customer first approach, a high degree of accountability and integrity. You will enjoy working within a fast paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will have plenty of autonomy but will also work with strong leaders who will provide you with guidance and coaching to continue to grow your career.

 

Duties include but not limited to :

  • Delivering growth against allocated vendors & executing a cloud strategy
  • Maximizing mindshare for their vendor products within the sales team and offering appropriate level of sales support
  • Optimizing the profitability of the portfolio using disciplined pricing strategies
  • Build relationships with vendor partners, key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating  with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure relevancy within the market
  • Partnering with Product Development and Business Ops. to ensure alignment to the strategic plan, including pricing decisions.
  • Creating the strategic plan for new product launches and competitive landscape changes.
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Exceeding the Revenue and Profit plans for the targeted products/services. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of  6 months to 1 years' experience within the Cloud SaaS  (Cyber Security Products)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to detail
  •  A Natural Relationship Builder
  • Advanced to Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Highly developed negotiation skills
  • Previous experience creating marketing plans & determining go to market approaches
