We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated, driven, Business Development Manager who will be committed to delivering growth in Profit, Market Share and Partner Value aligned to specific Vendor & Ingram Micro Value based Solutions. 

Role involves but not limited to:

  • Developing & implementing strategies to win and grow revenue within a new & existing customer base.
  • Developing, building & converting a solid pipeline for short, medium & long-term sustainable growth.
  • Creating & nurturing strategic relationships with both customers & vendors.
  • Building and maintaining optimal engagement and close plans to maximise vendor rebates
  • Having a ‘thinking out of the box attitude to developing value add sales engagements to take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

We are looking for someone who can drive Ingram Micro’s value proposition and further cement our position of Market Leaders and is highly motivated, competitive and ambitious for a successful sales career.

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales/account management within the Technology Industry
  • Experience and knowledge of working in and around CISCO Systems Technology Solutions
  • Proven experience and thorough knowledge of CISCO services, specifically SmartNet
  • Proven success in a new business and win back environment.
  • CISCO Services highly desirable
  • The ability to attract, recruit new customers, build relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proven experience delivering core business along with introducing value-add solutions
  • The ability to plan ahead & forecast accurately
  • A can-do attitude along with a big picture mindset
