The Laravel Application Analyst (Professional, Business Systems) role is responsible for eliciting, validating and documenting requirements for development of digitalization and automation solutions (apps, bots, macros, BPMS, etc.). This includes process immersion and audits, process documentation, gap analysis, communication with project stakeholders, UAT support, status reporting, risk management, escalation of project issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and general project support to ensure projects are delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.

  • BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT (10%)
  • PROJECT COORDINATION (10%)
  • SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT AND IS TEAMS (50%)
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT (20%)
  • LEAD UAT & DEVELOP TRAININGS (10%)

The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications:

  • A./B.S. in Computer Science, Business, or in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years functional experience in Production Support, Technical Analysis & Resolution Management:
  • At least 1 year experience specific Production Support and Enhancement Development for Web/Mobile Application (SQL/PHP Laravel/ReactJS/VueJS)
  • Ability to make strong contribution to processes and systems design & deployment.
  • Internal Ingram Micro Associates to support an ICO Application, must have attended DNA/RPA Bootcamp to apply for this role.
