Job Description:

  • 10+ yrs of SAP OTC experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle SAP implementation.
  • Expert level experience in OTC Sales and Billing process
  • Exposure to SAP S4 HANA Sales will be a good asset.
  • Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to OTC process
  • Ability to work directly with the business to define business requirements. Serve as billing point of contact for enhancements and Master Data.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC  transactional processes. Ability to troubleshoot OTC transactional issues.
  • Team player capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely-spaced, ambitious timelines
  • Excellent communication and lead level skills is a must.
  • Expert level Knowledge of SD is a must who can handle business requirements and conduct business workshops

ENVIRONMENT:

May be required to work in an office environment, with or without air conditioning and fluorescent lighting. May also be required to spend time in a distribution center, without air conditioning. Some geographies may have remote office conditions of lower standards than the home country.
