Job Description:
- 10+ yrs of SAP OTC experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle SAP implementation.
- Expert level experience in OTC Sales and Billing process
- Exposure to SAP S4 HANA Sales will be a good asset.
- Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to OTC process
- Ability to work directly with the business to define business requirements. Serve as billing point of contact for enhancements and Master Data.
- Strong knowledge of OTC transactional processes. Ability to troubleshoot OTC transactional issues.
- Team player capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely-spaced, ambitious timelines
- Excellent communication and lead level skills is a must.
- Expert level Knowledge of SD is a must who can handle business requirements and conduct business workshops

May be required to work in an office environment, with or without air conditioning and fluorescent lighting. May also be required to spend time in a distribution center, without air conditioning. Some geographies may have remote office conditions of lower standards than the home country.
