Administrator | Logistics & Warehouse Department

Salary : Up to £20,500

Hours : Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (hybrid working 2 days working from home)

Our Logistics team is responsible for providing excellent inventory control and customer service to ensure all equipment is monitored and available. The role will include the execution of inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy. 

 


As Stock Controller you will……

  •  Manage all inventory control related activities 
  • Stock reporting and processing
  • Maintain inventory stock holding and locations
  • Month End stock reporting (Liaising with Internal Departments)
  • Year-end counts for all stock locations
  • Periodical inventory cycle counts for all stock held within the Logistics dept. 
  • Investigating and resolving any stock differences
  • Managing Courier/Logistics stock discrepancy reports
  • Maintain Logistics inbox
  • Inventory management with the aim of minimising loss

 

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

Ideally you will have experience in a warehouse/stock control environment and be motivated and willing to learn and develop skill set.  

  • Good PC literacy skills (Microsoft applications) 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Great organisation skills 
  • Excellent time management 
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work to deadlines
