Developer/Designer/Support: Minimum 6-9 yrs experience in delivering Mainframe Projects with strong technical Skills in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM and IMS DB. Should be currently performing lead activities - Estimation, Planning - Scheduling and work allocation, Monitoring - Reviews, Status Reporting, and Escalation Management. Should be currently involved in Coding and Testing activities with hands-on coding experience in above technical skills. Should be ready to do coding and testing along with delivery management activities. Should have strong skills in solutioning and able to create designs from the given User requirements. Should have strong communication skills and is able to interact with people from different regions to gather requirements, resolve issues. Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams internal and external to get the projects completed. Should have experience in L2/L3 support activities and be ready to work on Lights-on support and resolve incidents and deliver fixes or should be ready to learn and work on these areas. Should be able to lead support with knowledge of ITIL processes.

Position Summary: Designs, develops and delivers services to integrate external processes and data within an enterprise and between organizations by linking applications to better support business processes, reducing cycle times and costs. Analyzes, documents and understands the IT architecture, business processes and data that exist within the enterprise. Determines which applications and data stores need to share information. Determines the degree of integration necessary to optimize business processes and the correct architecture and enabling technology (e.g., middleware) to achieve the integration. May provides support for Eletronic Data Interchange (EDI) database analysis, design, and operations. Establishes and maintains communications within organization and with partners. Conducts and manages product evaluations. Provides product installation, configuration, and training. Performs systems maintenance to update records, specifications, and operating procedures of B2B systems. Maintains EDI account transaction activities.
