Cisco Quote Specialist

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, customer focused candidate who can provide an exceptional level of front-line support and service in the procurement space for our high profile vendor, Vodafone.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting all aspects of procuring technology goods from processing quotes, raising purchase orders, rebate tracking along with providing exceptional service throughout the procurement journey.

About You:

• Previous customer service and/or quote desk experience in CISCO preferred
• Keen interest in technology
• Knowledge of Salesforce and JDE/SAP is a preference
• An ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
• Good financial acumen, combined with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications
• A flexible nature to be able to adopt and adapt to changes as they occur
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks, manage time and resources 
• A team player with great communication skills and plenty of initiative
• A high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
