We are seeking a Key Account Support Representative to join our growing business.

What you'll do

The Key Account Support is a key component of the Ingram Micro Sales Team. Building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting in the day-to-day transaction management of an account, this role will cover a wide range of customer service functions. Components of supporting partners includes but is not limited to phone call and queue management, quoting, ensuring effective communication of order status as well as supportive and efficient order and problem resolution.

 

Responsible for

 As a Key Account Support, you will look after:

  • Customer Order Management - Sales order entry and processing order cancellations
  • Customer liaison
  • Coordinate Credit release
  • Vendor bids
  • Special freight tasks
  • Quoting and checking stock on hand
  • Generating custom reports
  • Managing returns
