Position Summary:

Ensuring 100% compliance of billing
Checking completeness, accuracy and validity of charges
Dispute management, deep diving root causes for customer disputes and identifying if dispute is valid
Overall account status in terms of the financials
Collaborate with other team/departments to ensure billing accuracy
Prepare and present analytical report
Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in AR, focused on billing
Background in simple reconciliation
Good communications skills
Open for permanent nightshift
Open to hybrid set-up (McKinley Hill site)
