Role Overview
The Business Process Market Leader will be accountable for driving the next level of growth, strategic positioning, and P&L management of the Business Process
Automation Services practice. He/She will be a strategic business partner and influencer to grow our Business Process Automation business, scaling our ability to sell
and deliver services around Ingram Micro's Business Process automation Solutions around Business Process consulting and Assessment Services, Installation and
configuration Services and Support/Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Executive Leadership, GTM and Country teams on formulating differentiated partnership, co-selling, GTM, business development and account
management / account growth strategies for the practice, driven by differentiated solutions & services offerings
Lead and Head solution design, technology assessment, build and delivery of enterprise automation solutions aligned to the strategy established by the enterprise
BPM and RPA COE using process excellence, Robotic Process Automation, BPM and AI solutions.
Build a qualified team of process designers, automation technologists and architects with experience in different automation platforms.
Provide design and architecture leadership to project teams so as to deliver enterprise scale solutions leveraging best in class AI, Automation and integration
capabilities.
Lead innovation by conceiving foundational capabilities that will deliver TCO and speed to market reduction. Lead the solutions strategy resulting finally into a viable
product and value demonstration.
Engage with CIO technology partners in understanding business roadmaps, identifying technology projects and building program blueprints.
Drive intelligent automation enablement workshops for CIO partners to ensure adoption of platform standards and best practices across the enterprise.
Summarize, create presentations and present initiative-specific key findings, performance and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership.
Directly lead, motivate and coach Intelligent Automation project teams in order to meet the needs and requirements of the client. Provide expert subject matter
knowledge for the successful deployment of the Intelligent Automation methodology as part of project delivery e. g. RPA, lean thinking, continuous improvement
etc.
Be aware of current and future market and technology developments inside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers, blogs,
upskilling and learning opportunities.
Education
Graduate/Engineer/MBA (Preferred) from reputed insititues
Advanced level certification from Automation OEMs viz. UiPath, AA, Blue Prism etc.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience of delivering automation solutions involving RPA for mid to large enterprises by leveraging industry leading platforms.
Must have led key automation initiatives that required complex solution design, enterprise scale and change management.
Deep Understanding of automation and emerging technology solutions including BPM, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive automation and Data / process
integration.
Demonstrable experience in professional and technical capabilities such as: Automation (BPM, RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence), Operational
Excellence approaches and methods (Lean agile delivery, DevOps, Lean thinking, Process excellence, System & Management Thinking).
Significant experience in deploying best practices for Process Excellence, RPA and Automation within a mid - large organization.
Good knowledge of automation spanning across structured and unstructured data by leveraging machine learning concepts.
Experience in working on proposals, presales activities and business development
Results driven, digital native, with extensive experience in Business Process technologies
Resilient and resourceful, not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
