Key Responsibilities:

In partnership with the HR and the Management Team, the HR Business Partner supports in creating alignment between people and organizational development strategy, managing the core HR activities and projects into the organization, contribute actively to look for the right Talents and to follow their development plans and career paths.

 

  • Deliver full end to end Recruitment process (for Jr and Sr positions) building pipelines for future requirements based on market trend and organizational needs, support to the Employer branding development
  • Support and advice associates/managers in the implementation and application of HR tools, procedures and be able to deliver projects (i.e., Workday, Jobvite, Performance & Development, Talent Assessment and Engagement surveys).
  • Drive and support the hiring managers in the Onboarding path and the local HR group in Talent Management and Learning & Development projects
  • Analyze & use trends and HR data (via Workday and Jobvite) to make decisions, develop and provide recurring valuable and accurate HR dashboards.
  • Support and promote Corporate Values, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and Local/Global policies.
  • Support in legal and organizational topics, change management and project management

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree desired in Business administration
  • At least 3/5 years’ experience in HR field preferable in multinational companies
  • Experience in Project management and in dealing with Projects, PMO competences
  • Strong in hiring process – ICT market preferable
  • Knowledge of the employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English
  • Takes accountability in managing independently or as team member different projects and tasks, manages performance and execution in delivering results
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion in HR, acts with respect integrity and confidentiality
