Due to the nature of this Job. We are open for candidate who want to relocate to Singapore if needed but expect to focus on Japan market

This job is for our CloudBlue team. CloudBlue is the world’s only operator and provider of cloud platform technology that directly services 250 of the world’s largest service providers. A revenue generating platform that underpins the largest Telcos, Distributors, MSPs, VARS and Enterprises, and connects them with the largest ecosystem of leading SaaS, PaaS and IaaS vendors in the market. We help these Provider partners monetize and manage the entire lifecycle of cloud services, infrastructure, and IoT subscriptions, so they can simplify digital transformation with confidence, speed, and agility.

 We are hiring a strong, high-energy professional that has her/his mind in the evolution of Cloud services experience and has the influence to lead internal and external stakeholders on journey towards rapid & sustainable growth with our ecosystem of Provider partners, Cloud vendors, and End users.

About You

Due to tremendous growth in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, This job Opportune is created as part of our expansion process. CloudBlue is seeking a self-motivated team player that isn’t afraid to challenge the norm, to help us grow our existing customer base. As a member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of revenue sold through our platform, adoption of the CloudBlue technology and steady improvements in NRR, and NPS. You job is to work independently to identify, evaluate, generate new business opportunities within our existing base, execute contract renewals and maintain relationships with C-level executives. Your Job is to deliver an unparalleled level of service and attention to existing partners and helping CloudBlue achieve its goal of digitizing the end-to-end supply chain.

You have a reputation for integrity, accountability, and responsibility, and are a strong team player with experience in managing and growing a customer base of Telecommunications companies, Retailers, Service Providers and mid-size ISVs.

  • Your Job involve internal advocate and the knowledge owner of the customer, leveraging all the tools available to you
  • Manage and lead a broad array of stakeholders (Support, Project Management, Professional Services, Sales, Presales, Executives) in a matrix environment, to best support the success of your customer base.
  • Growth the Net Promoter Score of existing customers within the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
  • Job involves Build, maintain and evolve our existing relationship with customers supporting the increase of our retention rates.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and create new opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Some travel will be required as part of this Job


 Minimum Qualifications

  • Track record of overachievement in sales with a focus on the customer at the core of your success
  • Demonstrable experience in selling software-based solutions and services to Retailers, Value Added Resellers, Distributors, MSPs and Telecommunications companies.
  • Experience in driving customers towards advocacy.
  • University degree in either business, technology, or marketing.
