Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, Product, and Development to understand new and on-going needs of our customer base by providing consultation on how CloudBlue can create accelerated business outcomes and hyper-growth for our customers.
  • Be the expert in CloudBlue’s products and to maintain your knowledge of the competitive landscapes and the ongoing nature of our customers businesses to create solutions that better enable and differentiate CloudBlue from the market.
  • Conduct technical workshops & gap analyses with customers to understand their existing workloads, processes, and technical environments, that acts an input to the solutions you create and matches CloudBlue capabilities to meet our customers’ needs. 
  • Create, document, implement, and maintain solution architecture designs for the deployment of CloudBlue products, and any associated infrastructure and or integrations required to support the solution.
  • Be the technical leader and trusted advisor to our customers in the delivery process and ongoing consulting of the solutions you create for CloudBlue customers.

Your Capabilities:

  • 4+ years of Solution Architecture experience within the Enterprise or SaaS software industries.
  • Experience in designing solutions that are enabled on public hyper-scalers (Amazon, Microsoft Azure or GCP) or Kubernetes enabled environments.
  • Extensive experience in implementing web-services and cross platform integrations that leverage python, java, or other modern languages/frameworks/tools.
  • Experience in implementing ERP, subscription, billing, or procurement solutions is a major plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage competing customer demands. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English) to communicate with our world-wide partners and internal teams. 
  • Influential relationships skills at all levels - ability to use these relationships to deliver service improvements. 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
