Associate III, Marketing Accounting (Night Shift)

Position Summary:

• This job requisition is for the hiring of an associate who will handle marketing invoice management and collection for US Vendor Relations
• The Associate III keeps track of marketing invoices, including but not limited to billing, claiming, collections and dispute analysis.
• Prepares a variety of periodic/proforma reports that are utilized for all levels of strategic and financial decision-making in the Marketing organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Management Accounting, Business/Financial Management, or any related course)
• 3 years minimum experience in Accounts Receivables function or general accounting background
• Good grasp of accounts reconciliation and reporting
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift
• Candidates must have a stable internet connection to support a hybrid set-up starting April 2022
