Description
Armada is a value-added distributor of server, storage, virtualization, network, IP PBX, video conference, security and infrastructure products, hand terminals, software and other products and components used by computer manufacturers during production process in IT market.
SAP Business Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties
- Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and global IT organization(s) in order to provide effective technical/functional solutions,
- Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities,
- Will trouble-shoot, resolve or escalate the system (SAP ECC and satellite platforms) issues to global support responsible(s) in a timely and effective manner,
- Supports business functions in clarifying the business needs and transform them to functional requirement, by designing new or modifying existing operational processes,
- Provide system support (SAP ECC and satellite platforms) and guidance to the local user community,
- Organize the creation and execution of a comprehensive inventory of UAT test cases with the respective business partner(s),
- Review and approve test plans and monitor testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk,
- Development and delivery of system training materials,
- Participates in global projects (mostly SAP related) and take over related tasks,
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience,
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written). This position will require close working relationships with the global IT teams that English literacy is utmost critical,
- 3-year experience in SAP ECC 6.0 is required along with similar responsibilities,
- In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash business processes with cross functional integration knowledge with SAP SD and Finance modules,
- Experience in Business Process Designing, Blueprinting, Configuration, Unit & Integration testing, Training, Documentation & Production support of SD/FI modules in SAP ECC,
- Skilled with facilitating business process reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements, document end-to-end processes and business requirements,
- Strong troubleshooting skills in the SAP system, including root cause analysis.
