Internal Account Manager

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a committed and proactive Internal Account Manager to manage the accounts of our major Apple Partners.

 

As an Apple Internal Account Manager you will...

  • Be a proactive individual who will manage a predefined set of accounts within the Apple sector
  • Develop exceptional business relationships at all levels of Customers’ organisations
  • Become a Trusted Advisor to your accounts
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer queries
  • Provide availability, discontinuation & special offers,
  • Advise on pricing and quotations to customers
  • Maintain growing revenue and profit
  • Follow up on sales leads and opportunities
  • Have the drive and motivation to proactively develop own skills to enable development as part of a specific Individual Development Plan

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

  • Previous experience in Account Management role
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Excellent organisation
  • Effective time management skills, balancing reactive and proactive activities
  • Ability to work in proactive manner, be a forward thinker
  • A good problem solver, design and implement solutions to a variety of different challenges and issues
