What you’ll do:


As
the SMB Program Manager, Cisco you will be responsible for providing Reseller, end users and the Ingram Micro Cisco team with the skills and knowledge to proactively support their accounts in driving and supporting Cisco SMB sales.

This is a newly created role with opportunity to expand and grow our market presence and ensure we are the distributor of choice for all things Cisco SMB.

You will:

  • Develop specific training plans for resellers, their customers as well as internal Ingram staff.
  • Identify and manage Ingram Micro’s internal certification and training requirements.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with the relevant stake holders within Cisco
  • Have a strong technical knowledge Cisco products and Partner programs
  • Develop business strategies and opportunities for continued increase in the number of resellers transacting Cisco SMB

What you’ll bring:

Someone who can drive Ingram Micro’s value proposition and further cement our position of Market Leaders within the Cisco SMB space.

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • 3 to 5 years of IT training experience with a training company, reseller, or distributor
  • Account management skills
  • Experience or knowledge of Cisco products and Partner programs.
  • A minimum qualification of Cisco CCNA or more.
  • An understanding of Cisco procedures and policies, as well as the ability to understand both distributor, reseller, and end user needs
  • Strong knowledge of local IT market and industry
