- $19-21 STARTING pay an hour, DOE.
- Schedule is Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 5 pm EST (Or 9 am - 6 pm EST).
- Hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office / 3 days WFH).

As a DATA SPECIALIST, You Can Expect To:
  • Work on assignments that are moderate in nature and complexity where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
  • Is responsible for manipulating raw data from internal and external sources to conform to internal system requirements for import/export functions.
  • Must be able to recognize common data fields in order to cross reference multiple sources of data from different systems.
  • Understands or ability to understand various vendor programs and policies to adhere to vendor requirements for purchasing of assigned data vendors.
  • Ability to follow template logic to create ROI reporting.
  • The Data Specialist is responsible for his or her own workload which is related to work that flows through the department on a regular basis.
  • Self-motivated to expand system knowledge to be more proficient in file creation.
  • Has proficient knowledge of Ingram Micro systems or demonstrated ability to work within those systems at an intermediate level (CRM, ERP).
  • Handles internal and external inquiries related to data, associated reporting, requests for data as well as participate in customer interactions and meetings.
  • Assigns SKU attributes as it applies to automation of internal CPQ tool as well as categorizations for ROI reporting.
  • Ability to work as a team member, handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy, multi-tasking, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision.

What You Bring To The Role:
  • Education: High School Diploma required. Some college preferred.
  • Experience: Two plus years' prior general excel / excel equivalent spreadsheet software applications – ability to successfully manipulate data between multiple file inputs.
  • Ability to engage and communicate well with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to create processes to successfully manage data within internal platforms as expected.
  • Expected to work within Excel at intermediate level utilizing pivot tables, v-lookups and moderate formulas on a daily basis.
  • Ability to manipulate data to adhere to system logic
  • Ability to view work flows of assigned vendors and make recommendation on process improvements in relation to data management.
