As a result, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Customer Service Representative to independently manage services like Trade-In, MS Surface and MS Demo within our BrightPoint Customer Service team.
In this full-time permanent role based in our Apollo Drive, Albany office, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of both the external and internal customer relationship, responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, identifying customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
About You:
- Self-motivated, driven and able to prioritize tasks independently in order to manage time and resources effectively
- Ability to effectively manage relationships and expectations on various levels
- Appreciation and interest in providing exceptional customer service
- High Attention to all detail and very good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Flexible nature to be able to adopt and adapt to changes as they occur
- Team player with strong communication skills and sense of humor
- Customer Service experience in an office-based role and substantial understanding of the Customer Service function and the ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
The Role:- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Prioritize and manage request received in an efficient and professional manner
- Coordinating with various team in the business to achieve the requested support
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Identifying potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business
- Support the wider Customer Service team with receiving and processing orders, providing order status updates, etc.
