About the Team:

Business Enablement and Optimization  (BE&O) is part of the US Digital Operations Organization.
 
The BE&O group supports the US Business by driving actionable Data & Insights, measuring outcomes of strategic objectives, and supporting the adoption of Digital Platforms and the acceleration of digitally-enabled business.
  

This role will support the new Digital Operations efforts with a strong lean toward actionable data and help to drive the adoption of US Digital systems and tools.

Key Qualifications:

Experience with developing inside “Microsoft Power Platform”

Candidates do NOT need to be a full-stack software developer, but should have some experience/education in any/all:

  • Traditional software development (.NET, Python)
  • Database modeling/DBA experience
  • Familiarity using APIs (Rest/Soap)
  • Prior experience with DevOps integration
  • SQL experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
  • Knowledge of database theory
  • Change Agent – Embraces change and can help others understand and transform how they operate by inspiring and influencing others
  • Strong analytical aptitude – Strong ability to use and speak about using data to solve complex problems to drive operational outcomes.
  • Strong Technical aptitude – Interest to keep up with the fast-paced, ever-changing tech space (Google & Microsoft tools experience is a big plus) -
  • The inclination to learn, digest, and help the business understand how best to leverage new systems and tools to drive business outcomes. Help the business measure outcomes and drive to adoption.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Extract, filter and aggregate data through logical queries, complex calculations and programming (SQL experience)
  • Aptitude to learn and execute data modeling
  • Ability to work with senior business leaders on designing and creating new Actionable Data and Insights
  • Champions significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity
  • Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
  • Can come up with quick solutions/workaround to keep the business running
  • Can identify the support group and stakeholders needed to address issues

 


Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
