Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with employees’ files management
  • Assisting in administering parking cards, social benefits system, documents and books provided by the Human Resources
  • Department for employees, and vice versa
  • Managing and coordinating incoming/outgoing company mail
  • Acts as front office representative for all associates and visitors
  • Keeps records of entrance cards /badges/ used by employees
  • Issuing access cards for all new hires and active employees and coordinating their distribution
  • Responsible for storing and coordinating food vouchers distribution to all active and inactive employees, prophylactics medical checks coordination
  • Responsible for office supplies management
  • Enrolling new hires for company benefits
  • Organizing accommodation for visitors upon request (coordinating and organizing all information prior to travel, including reservations, directions, logistics and special instructions)
  • Supporting company events at the company premises

You will be a great fit if you have:
  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant
  • 1-3  years of administrative/customer facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills. English Language - C1
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office is required
