As a Global Process Manager you will analyze, define, and develop the organization's business process methods and practices. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiates and drives initiatives to further globally harmonized processes and systems, interacting with global process, IT, PMO and the business.
  • Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with organizational strategic goals.
  • Implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements.
  • Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives.
  • Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
  • Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. May train key users on new processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-year University degree required, Majors in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related strongly preferred MS/MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years related Ingram Micro experience and 2+ years external experience
  • or +10 years related experience
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred
  • Process knowledge in B2B arena related to sales and distribution transactions, procurement and supply chain
  • Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis, process engineering
  • Knowledge of Seeburger B2B middle-ware architecture and its capabilities in supporting distribution and supply chain business. Knowledge of TIBCO Enterprise Integration using Business Works and EMS will be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS office and SharePoint; knowledge of Visio and Project desired.
  • Hands-on work experience with communication protocols AS2, FTP, HTTP, RNIF, WebServices and SOAP, etc.
  • Experience with SAP implementation projects is strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of working with databases (Oracle, SQL Server,) and SQL, PLSQL
  • Development experience on web based java applications will be a plus
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
