Upgrade your talent by:
  • Work in Customer service
  • Communicate with corporate customers and business partners
  • Investigate and improve of customer claims up to approved authority levels
  • Interact with other departments to resolve customer situations

You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Very good level of Spanish - B2/C1
  • A University degree is considered an advantage
  • Work experience in the field of support/customer service or data entry
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication and problem solving
  • Meeting tight deadlines
