Sr. Marketing Project Traffic Manager

Your role:

• Serve as the project liaison for strategic client accounts and internal stakeholders
• Define and communicate project scope and ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
• Improve agency operations and ensure job consistency by evaluating and adjusting traffic workflow strategies and systems.
• Partner with creative services leadership to evaluate team workload, assign projects, adjust priorities, and schedule milestones.
• Manage project workflows, schedules, approvals, and budgets.
• Receive, reconcile, and process supplier invoices.
• Participate in weekly status meetings.
• Provide project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve challenges that cause delays.
• Provide coaching, leadership, and support to junior associates.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in agency traffic role, or equivalent marketing services role. Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Sharepoint
• Web-based marketing management tools like Podio, Canto, and Workfront
• Detail oriented, highly organized, proactive and resourceful
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume department
• Evaluate and prioritize quickly and easily
• Professional and interpersonal communications, written and verbal
• Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
