Sales Administrator

A critical role working with Ingram Micro’s target customers and industry leading vendors to build strong relationships with existing and new accounts maximising profitability. To focus on selling, primarily by telephone, Ingram Micro products and services to customers, maintaining and improving on revenue and profit, whilst maintain the highest standards of customer service. This position will suit candidates with experience in administration, customer service or sales.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM experience preferable
  • Passion for everything Tech
  • Ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Excellent communicator using both written and verbal format

  • Add that value: Can work to understand Ingram Micro’s Value proposition, business model, service offerings and USPs in relation to competitive offerings and be able to explain and position them appropriately
  • Results Driven: Interest in helping customers reach their required solutions whilst driving towards achievement of a monthly target, taking ownership and seeing things through to resolution
  • Self-growth: Have the drive and motivation to proactively develop their own skills to enable their development as part of a unique Individual Development Plan
  • A passion for IT: Understanding of appropriate products, solutions and the Channel market is an advantage. A willingness to continuously develop knowledge of the Cisco portfolio is a must.
