In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.

This includes:
  • Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices
  • Creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Liaising between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client's solutions
  • Manage and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, while managing business relationships
  • May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual who excels in a value-add solution sell environment, possessing exceptional presentation & communication skills.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong Written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Great Organizational skills and the ability to priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service role (sales/ retail preferred)
  • The ability to work independently and deliver on the organizations core values
  • Proven success in client relationships, delivering sales results, account management and proven ability to work with all areas of business.
  • Experience in the Information Technology & Communications Industry.
