In response, Ingram Micro Lifecycle offers state-of-the-art solutions to address the return, refurbishment, repair, and remarketing of technology products. These services enable operators, retailers, insurers, enterprises, and OEMs to maximize the life of technology products through a suite of environmentally responsible solutions.

Ingram Micro Lifecycle’s services enable a circular and sustainable product lifecycle include configuration & fulfillment, returns management, repair & refurbishment, trade-in & buy back, asset management, IT asset disposition, and remarketing.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be hands on and responsible for day-to-day Marketing activities in terms of lead generation campaigns, marketing communications, product & service support and providing insights on how to improve current activities while being a key person in raising awareness of our business and relaunching us into the market.

We are repositioning our company and value proposition and the marketing team will be responsible for creating innovative content that powers our business forward. You will get the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of areas of marketing and this role is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in marketing that would like to grow and develop their skillset.

Your role
  • Determine business needs and create clear and compelling content marketing for landing pages, blogs, case studies, white papers, infographics, and videos as well as social media and email communications
  • Conceptualize, develop, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns working with various stakeholders to provide a comprehensive look and feel across all our channels
  • Work with the sales teams to provide sales enablement through service and industry specific content and presentations
  • Manage and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
  • Create and analyze reports on marketing metrics
  • Work with the wider team on communicating, marketing, and positioning of Ingram Micro Lifecycle services and solutions
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

 
What you bring to the role:
  • Degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent working experience.
  • 2 to 4 years working in Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing preferable
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot) preferred
