Description

The Senior Professional, Project Management (Finance) is responsible for leading process improvement and tool implementation projects and in the Finance Department that enable both local and in-country stakeholders to effectively manage operations and their impact to Ingram Micro’s business.

As a Sr. Professional, Project Management (Finance) you will:
  • Be responsible for the overall planning and execution of assigned projects
  • Coordinate the completion of tasks/ responsibilities within agreed timelines and deliver on agreed objectives
  • Manage the stakeholder communication and collaboration
  • Identify risks, additional opportunities and resource needs for assigned projects. Address them to the sponsors or appropriate stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration
  • Liaise with other PMO professionals for the other project phases as well as related projects and initiatives (automation, process transformation, or organizational in nature)
  • Identify risks and put in place risk mitigation plan
  • Use data analytics to support decisions and proposals
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of professional experience within an international environment
  • 3 years plus experience in Project Management related to process improvement, transition, process automation (RPA) and/or tool implementation
  • 3 years plus experience in Finance – degree or business experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels within the organization. English - C1
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate ideas and suggestions to positively influence the team and process owners to moving forward with implementation
  • PC literate; Advanced levels in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
