Ingram Micro’s Integrated Solutions Group is looking for an SAP Processor II to join their team. The SAP Processor II role is a member of our Integration Services operations team. The work is done in a discrete manufacturing facility where we create consumer end user computing appliances and enterprise datacenter solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Order data processing requiring meticulous attention to detail
  • Processing of all production order operation transactions, to include:
    • creating materials and maintaining material data attributes
    • creating bill of material (BOM) and maintaining BOM attributes
    • maintaining product routing and certificate assignments
    • transacting validated goods receipt
    • transacting warehouse management operations
    • conversion of planned orders into production orders
    • generating production order documentation
    • transitioning customer orders to work in process (WIP) status
    • technical completion of production orders
  • Frequent internal communication using standard tools such as email and chat
  • Communication and escalation with management regarding customer orders
  • Independently acquire additional skills to maintain technical competencies
  • Receives daily guidance and direction from Production Planner and Material Planner
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with SAP (understanding functionality and producing reporting) preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production work environment preferred
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with other employees
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement necessary corrective action
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
