Experience : 3 + 6 years of relevant experience

What do you have to do :
L2 support of existing products under EMEA region/country application teams.
This person will be responsible for all EMEA regional applications and provide support where is needed (e.g application troubleshooting, preform remediation activities (DB-01,DB-05,DB-11), help with the migration of apps between different NW Zones (DB-03) user access managemnt, code promotion to Prod, etc ). 
Drive the implementation of Azure DevOps based application lifecycle management with the teams that are not using it yet continuously working on the agile development methods to improve app stability and availability. 
Leverage various tools to enable automation of product releasing, testing, proactive monitoring. 
Required skills  - SQL ( for running ad hoc reports) & .Net Web API; Azure DevOps Pipelines, Angular 12+          Knowledge transfer for each application shall be provided.
