If you live and breathe web and digital marketing, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a Web Program Manager with proven skills in rolling out web initiatives and content management systems to develop, implement, track and optimize our web and digital marketing efforts across channels You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution with a specific focus around website marketing. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers, vendors, and partners) to launch campaigns/projects on time and on budget. The key skill we are looking for is to own the project throughout the lifecycle of the project i.e. from initiation to roll out. It includes all aspects of program management like planning, implementing, stakeholder management, working and communicating with internal and external teams, tracking teams, managing program dependencies etc. Bulk of the team would be offshore based: experience in dealing with global delivery is a plus

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a web program management or project management position
  • Hands on experience in launching and managing website projects including launch and promotions
  • A strong background in leading implementation of Web Content Management Systems like but not limited to Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress or Joomla in the context of Web Development
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of web analytics
  • Proven experience managing a team both onshore and offshore
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers, vendors, partners) to launch
  • It includes all aspects of program management like planning, implementing, stakeholder management, working and communicating with internal and external teams, tracking teams, managing program dependencies etc
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the website including strategy, planning, execution, management, promotional campaigns, communications (both internal and external) and roll out
  • Manage content marketing, SEO, SEM, keyword research, blogs, and all inbound marketing activities for the organization
  • Monitor project progress; track action items; conduct design and implementation reviews; identify and resolve issues; escalate issues to appropriate authority; respond to team members' concerns.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing's overall performance across channels
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, conversions, engagement, and target audience
  • Collaborate with a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy regarding project issues and decisions
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Analyze and manage program risks
