Our business is focused on resellers in the Business-to-Business space (B2B). 

In this job of Pre Sales - AI & IoT, you will be responsible for driving pre sales activities of the AI & IoT vendors with partners complying to the government and company regulations.

What will you do?

  • Provide technical expertise and credibility to the business team on designated focus area(s)
  • Conduct customer presentations with value proposition and technical solution set for assigned accounts and focus area(s )
  • Assist sales team with overall account planning as it relates to technical aspects of hardware, software, and services opportunity development
  • Assist sales team with project management for complex presales engagements
  • Complete technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts
  • Assist business team with collecting customer business and technical requirements and determining IM recommended solution(s)
  • Develop solution architecture and proposal and/or presentation of recommended solution
  • Function as a liaison to customer technical staff regarding solution and implementation specifics
  • Function as a liaison between the sales team and professional services organization to vet solution recommendations and to complete technical portions of the SOW, as appropriate
  • Assist business team in dealing with customer satisfaction issues surrounding technical aspects of a recommended solution or its implementation and deployment
  • Assist in developing customer ‘get well’ plans, as needed
  • Assist sales and services management in identifying candidate solution areas for IM development/investment
  • Planning and designing solutions for multi-vendor Data Center Solutions
  • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies
  • Maintain multiple advanced manufacturer specific advanced certifications. i.e.: CCNA-DC, NCDA, VCP, VCDX, UCS.

  • Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan multi vendor data center solutions across the following technologies
  • Virtualization (VMware vSphere, SRM)
  • Storage Area Networks (SAN) (Netapp, Compellant, Nutanix, Pure)
  • Networking (Cisco Nexus DC Switching, Cisco MDS Fiber channel)
  • Backup (Veeam/Commvault)
  • Server / Compute Technology (Cisco UCS, HP, Dell)
  • Certified in applicable technology field
  • Three or more years of experience in designing or implementing complex network or systems or storage solutions
  • Three or more years of experience providing pre-sales engineering support
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
