Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by managing partnerships from planning to execution, focusing on recruiting, developing, and expanding partner networks to meet business goals.
Build trust and influence with senior leaders at strategic partner companies, collaborating on joint strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
Engage strategically with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), developing a comprehensive strategy for recruitment, activation, and management, in coordination with existing partners.
Act as the main point of contact for channel business partners, nurturing relationships and enhancing collaboration with strategic partners.
Developing quotes and proposals for channel partners to support their prospective clients.
Analyze customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
Work closely with partner sales teams to implement joint sales programs and industry solutions, ensuring consistent execution and positive results.
Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted pipeline generation activities with partners, establishing the company as a thought leader in Elasticsearch.
Support partners in understanding and communicating Elastic's value propositions, facilitating the creation of complementary services and offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Elasticsearch domain to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Experience and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
PM with initiative & good decision-making skills and possess business intelligence w/good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Business development skills with some level of experience on data, AI, observability and/or security to support existing Enterprise Channel Partners focused in these areas and recruit potential partners embarking on GenAI.
Passion to work in the technology industry.
