Qualifications:
- At least 1-1.5 years BPO/CSR experience - Order Entry, Quotation, Data Entry experience
- Minimal Tech Sales experience is an advantage
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, any ticketing tool such as Zendesk
- Above average English communication skills
- Willing to work on night shift and 10 RTO days
Job responsibilities:
- Order Entry
- Quotation – provide prices to customers
- Check pending orders, follow-up same day orders
- Process return orders
- Answer general inquiries through multichannel - via emails or inbound calls
- Able to respond to volume of emails
- Must have technical knowledge of products, systems, and services.
