Business Development Manager for VMware

To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for Business Development Manager – VMware in our Bucharest, Romania Office.
Job description:
- Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for for brand as Vmware within portfolio products.
- Achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage and coverage of all customer segments
- Bring awareness in the Romanian market regarding the products & increase the sales
- Keep updated with latest product information and technical requirements to sell the product successfully
- Analyze the customer network in assigned region, in order to identify new opportunities and growth for assigned region
- Attend assign Technical/Sales Training and Seminars
- Meeting with all SMB accounts in the assigned territory database to discuss areas of improving relations/business
- Maintain close relations with the PM on pipeline, leads and projects in your region
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5-8 years of sales experience (3 years relevant experience is a must)
- Good knowledge on the Romanian market
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Basics grounding of the technical nature of IT products
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
- Good planning and self-organizing skills
- Customer orientated, approachable
- Multinational experience
