About CloudBlue

CloudBlue is a business unit of Ingram Micro focused on enabling companies to succeed in today’s subscription economy by unlocking the power of digital ecosystems and marketplaces. With its pioneering technology, CloudBlue powers the world’s largest cloud B2B marketplaces, and is an industry leader for monetizing B2B cloud subscriptions. We are looking for people to build and drive the CloudBlue Monetization Platform.

About the role:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to define product features and enhancements

  • Prioritize features and tasks based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

  • Plan, prioritize, and execute cloud services delivery to CloudBlue Partners, ensuring aggressive time-to-market goals

  • Align CloudBlue's delivery efforts with respect to cloud services and products to partner strategies and CloudBlue objectives

  • Identify and maintain relationships with partner leadership as CloudBlue advocates for growth strategies in cloud services and products

  • Professionally challenge and guide engineering, operations, product management, marketing, and channel teams to exceed partner expectations

  • Take ownership of a business span of accountability, self-develop, and utilize key performance indicators to measure success, re-vector quickly and as often as markets dictate to stay at the forefront

  • Consistent reporting of progress of strategic imperatives using quantitative measures, surfaced business intelligence, and qualified statements of expertise

  • For complex challenges, bring forward novel solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with business area objectives

  • Internally recognized technical or business change agent

  • Improve existing processes and practices with every use iteration

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product management or related role, with a strong understanding of product development processes

  • High level of written and conversational English

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts

  • Proficiency in tools like, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management software

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language is required, as well as an aptitude to be a citizen developer. Must be able to prototype and define use cases based on API’s

  • Cooperation and team play

  • Experience with Agile methodologies – SAFe Framework and/or Scrum is a plus

  • Ability to balance technical expertise with business insights, enjoying both aspects of the role
