Position Summary:
This role is expected to be equipped with software product management skill set, partner & vendor relationship management, and working experience around selling software solution.
Responsibilities
- Define sales strategies and act to generate long term and short-term customer success and business results.
- Sales Pipeline management. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated target.
- Drive pipeline generation and sales via internal and external marketing and vendor go-to-market strategy.
- To develop key reseller for value products, build channel capacity via sales engagement and training.
- To cover channel depth and manage key reseller performance.
- Responsible on demand generation and building new sales opportunity, build project pipeline follow through and close project funnel.
- Engagement with vendor and collaboration with internal sales team to win projects.
- To establish good rapport, good partnership with vendor and reseller.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Marketing with at least 3 years of IT channel experience / business development.
- Ability to develop strong vendor, partner and customer relationship.
- Knowledgeable in selling software solutions or similar products.
- Strong interpersonal, target driven, consultative, negotiation & facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated initiative to work independently and with teams interchangeably.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales target.
