Position Summary:

This role is expected to be equipped with software product management skill set, partner & vendor relationship management, and working experience around selling software solution.

Responsibilities

  • Define sales strategies and act to generate long term and short-term customer success and business results.
  • Sales Pipeline management. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated target.
  • Drive pipeline generation and sales via internal and external marketing and vendor go-to-market strategy.
  • To develop key reseller for value products, build channel capacity via sales engagement and training.
  • To cover channel depth and manage key reseller performance.
  • Responsible on demand generation and building new sales opportunity, build project pipeline follow through and close project funnel.
  • Engagement with vendor and collaboration with internal sales team to win projects.
  • To establish good rapport, good partnership with vendor and reseller.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Marketing with at least 3 years of IT channel experience / business development.
  • Ability to develop strong vendor, partner and customer relationship.
  • Knowledgeable in selling software solutions or similar products.
  • Strong interpersonal, target driven, consultative, negotiation & facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently and with teams interchangeably.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales target.
