Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Support outdoor sales on processing POs, administrative works

  • Generates revenue by selling over telephone, attend to e-mail inquiries promptly and develop new accounts.

  • Understand and interpret basic technical requirements and formulate quotation.

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and gather competitive insights.

  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and provide input to extended team.

  • Use tools provided to maintain sales pipelines, track and follow up on quoted item and follow up on sales opportunities till closure.

  • Attends training (Sales, Technical and recommended Corporate) per department guidelines.

  • Provide support in updating order status to ensure quality standards (Order status, ETA, delivery etc..)

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals as well as deliver well qualified appointments for sales manager to follow up.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.

  • Email and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic Excel skill, etc Vlookup and pivot table

  • Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Able to multi-task and adapt to fast pace environment.

  • Able to work on weekend if needed to support roadshows.
