Responsibilities:
Support outdoor sales on processing POs, administrative works
Generates revenue by selling over telephone, attend to e-mail inquiries promptly and develop new accounts.
Understand and interpret basic technical requirements and formulate quotation.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and gather competitive insights.
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and provide input to extended team.
Use tools provided to maintain sales pipelines, track and follow up on quoted item and follow up on sales opportunities till closure.
Attends training (Sales, Technical and recommended Corporate) per department guidelines.
Provide support in updating order status to ensure quality standards (Order status, ETA, delivery etc..)
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals as well as deliver well qualified appointments for sales manager to follow up.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
Email and verbal communication skills.
Basic Excel skill, etc Vlookup and pivot table
Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Able to multi-task and adapt to fast pace environment.
Able to work on weekend if needed to support roadshows.
