Upgrade your talent by:- Handling all inventory management activities related to targeted vendors from Purchasing order to inventory control and reporting in alignment with European rules
- Creating standard, direct and intercompany orders, via Ingram Micro ERP system
- Managing specific requests coming from country interfaces
- Handling АP issues including Vendors on hold and aging debits
- Following up with vendor or the transportation company the delivery of the shipment (ETA management)
- Assuring pricing correctness in the line with the responsible sales or purchase representative in the local country
- New vendors on boarding
You’ll be a great fit if you have:- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Purchasing
- Fluency in German (B2-C1)
- Good MS office knowledge
- Excellent English - written and oral (certificate available)
- Attention to details
- Database management
- Price negotiation experience
- Strong analytical skills
