Our Customer Service Specialist:
- Communicates with corporate customers and business partners
- Investigates and improves customer claims
- Liaises with carries and interacts with other departments to resolve customer situations
- Negotiates returns of defective goods with vendors
- Works in an international and dynamic environment
About you
You are:
• Pro-active and open-minded person!
• Team worker who has cheerful attitude
And you also:
• Appreciate working in dynamic and international environment
• Have advanced Skills in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Speak English without any worries
• Are not afraid to be target-driven, both as an individual and as part of a team
• Are a team player willing to share learnings from successes and challenges alike
Of course, an advantage is, if you have:
• 2+ years of functional experience
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility
• Positive attitudes and behavior
