Our Customer Support Specialist:
• Investigates and improves customer claims up to approved authority levels
• Likes working across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer
• Liaises with carries and interacting with other departments to resolve customer situations
• Is a master of requesting RMA from the vendor for defective inventory returns
• Actively uses online tools to aid investigation and for process and work procedures
• Works in an international and dynamic environment
