Our Inside sales specialist
• Is a brilliant seller and ambassador of our vendors
• Enjoys communicating with B2B customers from the IT industry
• Likes working across internal and external teams of all levels to support the customer proactively
• Supports the SMB team on any technical questions and/or procedures regarding Dell
• Has daily communication with clients by phone and/or email
• Makes target calls regarding Dell promotions and incentives
• Prepares weekly forecast reports
• Conducts trainings for both the SMB team and clients
About you
You are:

• Have advanced communication skills
